The Path setting not enclosed in quotation marks. Without the Quotation mark, windows will attempt to find the exe it is looking for in every folder. So the first exe found in the path will be executed. An attacker with local access can create a DWA_171.exe file in the D-link folder to perform a privilege escalation attack.
